How does MdDirect weight loss service work?
As already mentioned, we follow a three step process where our patients first fill out an online questionnaire, then get connected to our medical doctor who further accesses their state and prescribes adequate weight loss therapy, considering the patient’s current condition and end goals.
We are also responsible for following the patient’s progress, pivoting the therapy and making sure the most important health and weight loss goals are met.
What can I expect after I sign up?
After you sign up and fill out the initial questionnaire, you will get connected to our medical professional, who is going to give you a complete assessment and set realistic weight loss goals, along with the appropriate therapy.
How much does the weight-loss subscription cost?

How do I get my medications?
Once you have been approved for your treatment, allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We send you a 3-month supply in a single shipment.
We work with a network of third – party compounding pharmacies to process your prescription (if approved). Your medication will be mailed directly from the pharmacy to your address on file.
Do I have to pay for my medication separately?
No. The subscription you choose and pay for in advance covers your prescribed medication, instructions, supplies, and shipping. No hidden fees. For your convenience, you are billed only once for the total cost of the program/
What if I need to cancel?
Our program operates on a subscription-based model, allowing you to choose the plan that best suits you. If you select a 3-month plan, you pay upfront and receive a 5% discount on the total price, 10% for a 6-month plan, and 15% for an annual plan.
If you wish to cancel after your chosen plan ends, you can do so without any fees. However, to achieve your goals, it’s essential to follow the plan prescribed by your doctor and paid for in advance. If you decide to cancel before the plan expires, the payment will not be refunded.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept any public or private insurance plans, cost sharing, or any other similar method of payment. Patients are solely responsible for the cost of service.
How much does metabolic testing cost?
As previously mentioned, we do not offer metabolic testing but our doctor might require it to complete your assessment. Fortunately, metabolic testing is not too expensive, you can get a basic metabolic panel done for under $100.
Is MdDirect available in my state?
MdDirect weight loss program is available nationwide, so it’s definitely available in your state of residence.
