Our Process
Our process is simple and straightforward. First, you fill a questionnaire,then a medical professional will contact you and prescribe the appropriate medication based on your current condition. Occasionally the process is automated, after the questionnaire, you may receive immediate medication and dosage prescriptions, along with a payment facility.
Our Costs
Unlike other telehealth platforms, MdDirect is 100 percent free to use. We do not charge fees, we only charge for the actual medication prescribed to you.

Can I Use Health Insurance?
We do not accept medical insurance programs. We give our patients the freedom to choose the medication they want and need, and not be dependent on a third-party option. We are fully transparent with prices, medications and medical advice to ensure you are getting the best possible medical care without the need to compromise.
Can I Get a Medical Prescription?
Of course. Each of the providers on our platform is licensed to prescribe the medicine that will help alleviate your medical problem.
Can I Use a Local Pharmacy?
Yes, you’ll be able to walk in your local pharmacy with the prescription and get the medication. However, drugs at your local pharmacy will likely be more expensive than the ones offered on our platform.
Do You Charge For Prescriptions?
No, we only charge for the medication you purchase.
Do You Charge For Medication?
You will be charged for the medication you order. There is also the shipping fee, which can be waived, depending on the total order amount.
Are My Details Safe with MdDirect?
Patient safety is a top priority at MdDirect. All records are securely stored and not accessible by any third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
What Is The Minimum Age To Use Your Platform?
You must be 18 or older to use the MdDirect platform. State regulations require medical professionals to see who they are treating, and you may be required to show ID or provide a photograph.

Which States Do You Cover?
The MdDirect platform extends its services to patients in 41 states, excluding Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
How Do I Deal With Problems About My Order?
If there are issues with your order, including late deliveries and cancellations, please contact our support center and we’ll immediately sort the problem.
How Long Before I Get My Medication?
After completion of your order, it will take 1-2 days to process and dispatch the medication, and you will receive it in 4-6 days.
Do You Provide Discreet Packaging?
MdDirect packages are discreet—your anonymity and medical issues are secure.
Returns
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can log into our platform and cancel your active treatment option. You can just as easily reorder it. Ideally, you should consult with us before proceeding with the cancellation, just so we can give you further guidance and counseling.
Can I Return The Medication?
Federal and State law does not allow medical returns and all sales through our MdDirect platform cannot be returned.
