When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will be prepared for shipment.

• Orders placed before 3:00pm (local time) are shipped the same business day
• Orders placed after 3:00pm will be shipped the next business day.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You can expect delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method

Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $250.

International orders qualify for free shipping on purchases over $500.

How Are Orders Shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking information provided upon fulfillment.

Each order is documented and photographed to ensure it is packed and handled properly. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Yes, we provide international shipping. International customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with their country’s local import regulations. Please note that free shipping applies to international orders over $500

Yes, a signature is required for all orders over $500 to ensure safe and verified delivery.
